ORDER PLACEMENT

For all orders within the United States, you may checkout via our website and are required to pay in full. If the item is available for ground shipping via a carrier the site will display the option. If the item requires pallet shipping or no option to ship, please email us to request a quote. All items are made to order. If the order is cancelled within 30 days of order being placed, the order will be set as non-refundable. For local delivery in the Los Angeles area, we have an option at checkout. Local Pick Ups are also available as an option at our warehouse via checkout. 
International shipping is available upon request, an invoice will be created and sent with full order details. To place the order the invoice must be paid in full. If the order is cancelled within 30 days of order being placed, the order will be set as non-refundable.
Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified and will require full payment before shipping. All items are made to order with the exception of in-stock items.

LEAD TIMES 

We aim to give our customers the most accurate lead times, but each item varies. The item description will state the current lead time and if any items are in stock to ship you will be emailed with a shipping notification when the order is ready to go out.  

 

ORDER STATUS

The date which orders are placed, start the order lead time date. If your order is coming close the that lead time date, feel free to reach out so we can give you a more accurate lead time.



SHIPPING

All orders ship from our warehouse based in Los Angeles, California. We offer shipping options within the United States and local pick ups upon request. 
If you are looking to place an international order please reach out for a shipping quote. Please note that the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties requested via the country and courier. If taxes and duties are not paid, the order will not be disputable. 
Once the order is ready for shipment an email will be sent to you with delivery details. 
Tase Gallery cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a package is successfully delivered but not retrieved or returned to sender, original shipping is non-refundable.



RETURNS


Each item is hand crafted with care, not all items will be exactly as pictured due to the nature of the material, age, grain, light and color. We photograph each items as clearly as possibly to match the in person item. 
We are not able to accept returns on made to order items. All custom orders, made to order items, sale items, furniture, artwork, and collaboration’s are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return.
